Is this safe? I want to take my tongue piercing out due to all the bacteria that is probably not helping my candida situation… will my candida become worse and more bacteria will go into my blood stream from where the whole was? Or does anyone advise it is ok? please help

It all depends on how long you’ve had your tongue ring. If you got it pierced fairly recently, if you take it out you expose a wound. As it closes, it can close up any kind of infection with it. If your tongue ring is pretty well healed and you’ve had it for a while, you don’t have to worry so much. It’s basically a healed tube of scar tissue that will only shrink the longer you have it out.

My ultimate advice: go to the doctor. They can give you something for the candida and let you know if you need to worry about it getting into your blood stream.
