The smell is horrible, realllly strong fishy odor, and sometimes I am itchy down there. Also is there a way if i had it that I could treat it without going to the doctor, I have a fear of the doctors and would like to avoid it but I will go if I need to. & is a yeast infection fatal? Please no mean answers…

She gave me a 1 day treatment and advised that I pick up a 7 day pack of monistat. What am I to expect while trying to cure this? I’ve heard it like "runs" out of you? Help me, i’m being taken over by this infection! :( About the cream, sorry to sound misleading, its definitely fungal because the cream IS effective in making the individual spots go away, both this summer and last, but it isnt effective at getting rid of the infection as a whole. because there are so many spots, if i miss even one, the infection will continue to spread. Plus, they’re not all that itchy, in fact they dont bother me other than that theyre growing everywhere and its freaking me out. So that makes me think its neither eczema or psoriasis. thank you though! :D

I haven’t really noticed her scratching at it, but it never seems to get better. Anyone have any ideas of what this could be? My husband tried putting a small amount of hand creme on it to see if it would help and it just looked really red and sore the next day so we won’t try that again. I’ve looked up some information online and saw that they can get mites and fungal infections, but what Piglet has looks nothing like the pictures of those - as it doesn’t seem to be that pronounced yet. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
