have your fingernail check by dermatologist maybe you just need to be examined thoroughly . to be sure that it is really fungus casing your skin disease . otherwise you will never ever treat it . if wrong creams applied on your hands or nails it will worsen the situation , have it check under microscope so that appropriate treatment is administered.
