I think my fish might have a fungus infection…..?
Only about two of them have scales that are slightly puffy, and one has a red streak running accross the top by it’s eye. If I treat my tank for fungus (Fungus Clear Tablets) will it hurt the fish that are okay? And it’s also a new tank (1 week) will it upset the cycling process? These are fish I moved from a smaller tank to a big tank and didn’t notice this until I moved them.

Your fish have what sounds like dropsy. This is common is cycling tanks, and is often fatal. Fishless cycling is the best way to avoid this problem. Many medications will kill the beneficial bacteria in your tank. Fungal treatments will not do anything to help your fish. Please email me if you have any questions about dropsy or cycling your tank.
ISOLATE INFECTED FISH THEN TREAT
Best thing to do is to put all of your fish back to the small tank, treat them all witht the fungus tablets with carbon filters removed, wait for healing, and let your new tank cycle with a couple new hardy fishes. If you don’t want to do this, then I think treating the larger tank is fine and will not affect the cycling process but you have to use more fungus tablets because of the larger tank size. I don’t know for sure if the problems are fungus, check out the link below to make sure.
