What is the fungus that causes lung infections and can spread to bloodstream and brain?

If untreated, it is diagnosed as chronic meningitis.

Quite a few fungal spores can cause these symptoms. As already said toxic black mold but the spores coccidioides are found in soil and can cause Coccidioidomycosis. It also causes lung infections which spreads and it’s common to in farmers in certain regions.
