decoloration of skin around groins!!!?
i had tinea cruris (jock itch) around my groin region.
i applied ketoconazole cream for like 2 weeks and the fungal infection is almost gone i guess.
but the skin around in that region has turned dark.
is it normal? will it go off on its own?
Yes that is normal and it will take a while for the skin to return to normal. Make sure you follow the doctors instructions about the cream. Even if you think the fungus is gone don’t stop until the dr says to.
