How long does it take ketoconazole shampoo to kill a skin fungus to the point it is no longer visible on skin?
Applying shampoo twice a week, as prescribed, how long will it take for the rash-like fungus to completely disappear? I have been using this treatment for about six weeks, and some improvement has occurred. But the blemishing that the fungus has caused seems, to some degree, to be virtually permanent. Is total defeat of the fungus an actual possibility? If so, will it take months or even years to win this battle?
