Since it is topical and works more as a covering and doesn't actually make your pigments change, it hide (but did not totally cover) my spots. The doctor gave me a active sulfur cream. It was horrible and black and smelled and you have to leave it on for 20 minutes 2x daily, but mine went away in about a month, which is a lot better than the several months that website says. I shelled out the money and did a few sets of mystic tanner.
