WARNING! If You Suffer from Yeast Infections this May Well be the Most Important Message You Have Ever Read...

“Former Yeast Infection Sufferer Understands Your Pain and Frustration...Her Amazing 4-Step Plan is 100% Guaranteed to Permanently Cure Your Yeast Infections...Without Doctors or Drugs...!”

I have a pretty bad case of tinea versicolor which is those white blotches that some people notice on their skin after laying in the tanning bed or something like that. It covers my shoulders, upper arms, chest, and I have a few on my face. :( It really bothers me so I stopped tanning altogether in the hopes that they would fade. I haven’t tanned at all in over 2 months and they are still there and I actually think they are spreading. First I got some Ketoconazole lotion from the derm. and used it for a few weeks with no results. Then I started trying remedies from the internet. I used Nizoral shampoo and left it on my skin for a while and then washed it off. After I washed it off I put on some clotimazole cream(a suggestion by a pharmacist). After a few days of trying this solution, I noticed extremely dry skin that was red and almost looked sore-like or burn-like. I immediately stopped using the medicines all-together. A week later I still have the white spots and the "burns." HELP!
Also- I am leaving for a cruise on Thursday and I really would like to be able to relax and lay in the sun, but I don’t want either the white blotches or the "burns" to get worse.(and a side note about the "burns": it’s everywhere where I put the medicines and my skin is really rough and hard feeling. It’s not red all over, but there are red "lesions" in different parts of the dry skin.) Also, I am leaving for college in about two weeks and really, really want all of this gone so I don’t have to worry about it up there. Any information would be helpful, but please don’t give me any remedies that could make the situation worse as the last remedy did. Thank you for your time!
All of these treatments are for the tinea versicolor. What can I do to get rid of the dry skin and "lesions"?

I have Scalp Psoriasis, it’s minor, but you don’t know how embarassing it is to flake out in public! The pharmacist recommended me Beprosalic ointment ( Betamethasone dipropionate + Salicylic Acid) but I don’t think it works, and I really can’t be bothered spraying that onto my whole scalp, it would take hours!

I was wondering where Nizoral helps? I’m planning to get Nizoral shampoo. Do you think I should be on ketoconazole tablets? They’re steroids, but I don’t know.. I have some on my body too. 10 points for the best answer.

For as long as i can remember, ive had very dry skin on my scalp, ive tried all sorts and had more or less given up until my doctor suggested a ketoconazole shampoo. I wasnt convinced because i had tried them before, however the one i ended up with was perfect, totally solved the problem. It was called Ketopine.

When i ran out, i was given another prescription for ketoconazole shampoo, this time though, the pharmacist gave me Nizoral, and within a few days i have a bad scalp again.

Although they both have the same amount of ketaconazole in them, their ingredients vary.

Is it possible that something in the Nizoral is irritating my scalp or should they both be the same?

Thanks

My internist started me on 200mg of ketoconazole daily. The leaflet I got from the pharmacist said it could cause severe depression. I’m already on a maxed out dose of my antidepressant. How often does it effect depression? What else can I expect? I have phenergan in case it makes me nautious.

Earlier last month I went to the hair salon and I got a haircut, a few days later my head started to itch, upon further inspection I realized I had a fungal infection. The pharmacist gave me a medicine and told me to use it when I used it for two weeks I stop, because the itching stoped but then the itching started back. Should I use the medicine for a month before stoping what should I do.

Im taking this for a yeast, fungus I have on my hand that itches to all high hell. The pharmacist didn’t tell me how many or often to take them. I live in Mex and they sell you anything. Ive taken this before and it worked but I don’t remember the doses or precautions. I remember they said not to drink with it.
I got these from the local pharmacy, they are 200mg and I have ten of them. how often should I take them. Anything else I should know about them.
