My doc suspected I had systemic yeast in my stomach whein I went to her complaining of chronich sinus infection & post nasal drip. I tried the diet for this past month and it works. I just don’ want to have to do this forever. The only supplements I’ve been taking are grapefruit seed extract & acidophilus. They’re supposed to get rid of the yeast as well. But are there any other supplements I can take to get rid of the yeast? I’ve heard of Candex & ThreeLac. Does anything else work? Or do I have to stay on the diet for ever?
Recently i’ve noticed that i have some white streaks above my eyebrows that are much lighter than the rest of my skin (no, i do not pluck/shave my eyebrows). Those spots are not dry, they do not have any texture that are different from the rest of my face. There is no itching, it’s just a discoloration on my face which is primarily dominant on the forehead region. Although before, i have treated some rashes that appear on those regions with fluocinonide. I am currently putting on ketoconazole cream 2% in hopes of treating those white spots.
How can i get rid of them?
LOL, so i’ve heard that i don’t eat very well.
What sort of foods do you suggest i should eat? Any specific vitamins or supplements?
I already know about yogurt and probiotics. What other things I should be incorporating?
This is NOT for specific treatment of a vaginal yeast infection, rather an overgrowth of fungus throughout the body. Are there certain foods, vitamins, or supplements that are beneficial?
i have all the supplements for it but i was wondering about what to eat. some websites say fruit, dairy, and grains are ok and others are against them. also what about sugar substitutes? I would love to do some type of fruit fast to cure this. some sites say apples are ok and some say grapes are. i really don’t know what to do but i just want this gone! any help will be appreciated!
I did the saliva test which, if you believe what they say online, claims I have an overgrowth of candida, or some internal fungal infection. It claims this is responsible for my depression, acne, itchy skin, thrush, etc.
It can be "cured" by buying very expensive supplements.
Is this real, or an online scam to make money?
Is anyone following the Erica White Diet for beating Candidiasis/ Candida and have some success stories to share with me? (Or anyone else’s yeast free diet plans that are out there.) I’ve been following the diet strictly with supplements for 7 weeks and would love to hear any stories!
How much should I use, where can I find one that I could use internally? Has anyone had success eliminating Candida using this method? Has anyone tried using Ozone therapy in treatment of systemic candida?
I’ve already done candida protocols in the past. I fully understand the diet and supplements and even some advanced therapy. I just need some more insight into the Hydrogen Peroxide and Ozone treatments if anyone can help? Thanks.
I am too lazy to change my diet, so I’d like to know if there are any specific antifungals/probiotic supplements that work pretty well to destroy an intestinal yeast infection…?
If you managed to cure a Candida/yeast infection, what products or drugs did you take? How well did they work?
I REALLY need help on this as I am faced with a serious health problem that may or may not be Candida overgrowth, but without medical insurance, I can’t get extensive testing done to figure out what condition I really have. However from my own research, it seems likely that Candida is a major component of my longterm illness, if not the whole thing.
Can you treat Candida effectively with supplements/drugs, without making significant dietary changes?
I’m getting all sorts of symptoms now that keep increasing, something like IBS (I feel things moving in my digestive system, and constipation is severe) and blurry vision/eye pain/bloodshot eyes, water retention, fatigue.. I need some help!
I would seriously like to do whole-body cleanses but supplements are expensive and I don’t really trust a lot that ar on the market today? Does anyone know of natural ways to do candida and colon cleanses?
