i was told once to drink some peppermint schnapps I did and it made me feel better also whiskey will do it but you need to do these before you goto bed because they will make you sleep better and sweat out your cold when you wake up change you bed linens wash the dirty ones and get them ready if you have to do it again (drinking that is)
