infection——?
I got one of the foreskin, anti-fungal creme should be good to treat it, but what happens if any creme gets under the foreskin?
(I’ll head to the doctor for antibiotics probably, maybe safer)

Well, if that’s where the infection is, you might have to get it there (and wash eventually after a while).
In the meantime, once I had a slight irritation (it was red) and what I did was washed well (pulled it back when I showered and rubbed it well.. should only take a few seconds) and rinse it well. When you’re done showering, dry it well, too, because moist (wet) environments allow bacteria (in case that’s it) to grow more. Eventually all was fine for me. Best of luck. =) And for a one time infection circumcision is not needed; it can all be treated with antibiotics and creams (get a different doctor if he says otherwise).
If you mean the cream - suspect it’ll hurt like hell.
Anti-fungal creams treat fungal infections. Antibiotics treat bacterial infections. It sounds like you are not sure what you have, so it is best just to make an appointment with your doctor anyway.
